She created the Diversity Charters for the DGV of the European Union whose objective is to disseminate to companies and institutions the 2000 Directives on equal opportunities and inclusion of all diversity profiles.

Co-founder of the direct marketing multinational Stanhome in Spain and CEO of the Naisbitt Group for trends and foresight.

Myrtha has promoted 42 transnational structural and social fund projects in the EU.

Twice voted among the TOP100 women leaders in Spain

The OSADAME association has honoured him for 20 years of helping 6,000 women to set up their own businesses.

Ms. Casanova has received "La Creu de Sant Jordi", an award given by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The International Association of Diversity and Inclusion Professional recognises Ms. Casanova as a "Diversity Legend".
