Building the future
Who we are
The IEGD is made up of a multidisciplinary team, which establishes the need to be aware of people and their great diversity in the business environment.
In view of the situation in recent decades, the team decided to adopt measures for the correct management of diversity in an increasingly globalised and changing world. In this way it assumes the creation and application of diversity policies in companies as a proactive method to correctly manage this change, which both internally and externally, directly and indirectly affect the performance of a corporation.
