Jude Smith Rachele

Co-founder / CEO of Abundant Sun Limited UK and USA, a leading agency enabling dynamic international cultural transformation. Abundant Sun provides consultancy in the areas of data analytics, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement through democratic governance. It also designs and delivers educational programmes that foster and promote social, environmental and economic equity and justice, business innovation and economic profitability.

Jude Smith Rachele has a PhD in Business and Law, 2009 - 2012, Kingston Business School, Kingston University, London, UK Thesis entitled: "Effective Management of Diversity". And a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, USA, 1986 - 1988.

Her professional career includes being Diversity and CSR Manager at the University of Higher Education, UK (2008 - 2010), where she pioneered an innovative and democratically engaging corporate governance system that integrates diversity, equity and inclusion into the organisational culture.

In addition, she has been Director of Diversity and Inclusion Programmes at The Domino Consultancy Ltd, UK (1998 - 2008), where she was responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the consultancy, including business development and the management of a team of associates. At that time, he was also responsible for the development of projects with the European Institute for Diversity Management as part of the partnership, which had been established by both organisations. When Domino Consultancy ceased its activities, Abundant Sun took over the partnership with EIMD.
