Her experience over the last 15 years has been linked to talent diversity management, from an equal opportunities perspective, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

From a strategic point of view, he has designed, directed, developed and negotiated consultancy and training projects at national level in companies and private organisations, social entities and the public sector.
