Cecilia Kindelán

Cecilia Kindelán holds a PhD in Communication. Degree in Journalism (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and Law (UNED). Master in Corporate Communication and Master in Communication and Art.

She currently teaches at the University of Barcelona, ESIC Marketing Business School, the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and the American business school Ubbiquo Business School, where she teaches subjects such as "Strategic Communication", "Culture and Organisational Models", "Networking" and "Disruptive Leadership".

She is a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors, an institution where she is actively involved in the publication of articles and conferences. She is editor of the publication "Retos Vitales, 2021" and co-editor of "La gran pausa. Grammar of a pandemic".

She previously held the position of associate director of IESE Business School. She was also deputy director of the Spanish Association of Executives (AED) and communications manager at Universia (Santander Group).

His international experience has been mainly in Canada (Saint Paul University) and Ecuador (Universidad Internacional SEK).

Strong advocate of diversity as a generator of efficiency and innovation in companies and institutions.
